ok so. i forced my bf to watch the first episode of tokyo mew mew with me for “research purposes” because he knows Extremely Little about magical girl animes and we’re collaborating on a story about magical boys and i chose this one in particular cause it, like, had science undertones iirc? and ours does too and. anyways he hated how anime it was but here i am eating pasta and watching the next episode
